over fearing
I was slightly overweight. Couple of months back i decided that my coming new year resolution would be to give up on non veg, cheese , sweets and fried items. Since then , i have been tretaing myself to all of these items thinking about how deprived i will be next year. I ended up putting on 6 kgs and am borderline diabetic now!
