suffogated

I live in a studio apartment with my long term gf. Whenever we have a fight i try to stay calm but she starts shouting so loud that even neighbours can hear us. She knows that i dont like to be embarrased o front of neighbours so she shouts more loudly. E en when i dont want to have a fight a d leave room she blackmails me and says she will create a scene if i leave the room I want to fuck her up vent my anger as she does on me but i cant and she takes advantage of that.i feel very suffogated
