NRI - non realistic Indian My NRI cousin visited india after 5 years, and was totaly out of touch.After getting groceries and a bunch of cosmetics, she pulls out 200 Rs from her bag .. LOL...Not to mention the hand sanitizer that she dabs often.. WTH.. All through the trip she was complaining about the cost of living in India , polution , etc.. Just wanted her to LEAVE.

obsession to "fair" I have always been disgusted with "fair & lovely" ads, and the sheer obsession to become fair. In the recent years , this has gotten to men too , with products like emami , fair & handsome.. What nonsense. I have a 1 year old , and checked out babycenter india hoping to get some good advice about nutrition..what do i see.. Question : "How do i make my baby FAIR"..Answer : "Put mashed banana , potato peels on baby"... What the hell is going on. Isnt it time we put an end to this?

being the little brother sucks everything i get is second hand. I have an elder brother , just 2 years apart.. i end up wearing HIS clothes, using HIS computer ( not to mention , i have to BEG & do slave chores before i can get 10 minutes of it ) , reading HIS books.. i dont have anything to myself.

exams suck i hate mugging.. mugging chapter after chapter , for subject after subject. No one cares if we actually understood anything. Whats the use of by hearting everything in the book and putting it on paper without making any effort to put it into practicality. I dont have the liberty to even change a "is" or "the" or "and".. This system sucks.

stop showing casey If i see Casey Anthony on news , one more time, i'm going to be really mad.. Does she deserve all this publicity? Who cares where she is hiding? If she's hiding so be it. Soon, "baby killer" is going to leverage her fame and get a reality show or write a book and make millions. This SUCKS.

bundle of joy..yeah right! I have always wondered why people call babies "bundle of joy".. i mean , lets face it , my son poop 10 times a day , cries ..and screams and deprives me of sleep...is that a bundle of joy ? Maybe the next time someone calls him that , i should make this magnanimous offer of letting them have the "bundle of joy" for a couple of days!

mom brags a loty My mom brags too much about me, it embarasses me because most of them are just over exaggerated.. I have told her not to do it , but she doesnt stop. Last week, i got a couple of friends for a sleepover , she went on and on about my grades & that i have a scholarship blah blah. I invited them this week, they turned down my offer :-(

no limits India, where the person who you met for the first time, a couple of minutes ago , can ask you whether you are married. Yes => Do you have kids Yes => aww , how many , how old are they No => Why not? you shouldnt delay too much ( Yeah right , are you going to spend sleepless nights taking care of my baby ? ) No => Ohh, are you planning to do arrange marriage or love marriage ( Why the hell do you care? ) This must STOP.
