I dont care. Ive been a self-harmer for almost 2 years now. Ive been let down and shut out of the lives of people who were once the ones I loved the most. Recently, my parents realized what ive been doing and are making me seem like I have some kind of disease. I get where theyre coming from but professional therapy cant fix me. only I can fix me. im not sure how to put all my heart-breaks into 500 letters, and I probably cant,. But I just needed to let out what im feeling.

Had enough Yep. It's the holidays. Spouse's family visiting and hubby decides to be an ass to me in front of them. He "playfully" threw food at me that was "supposed to land in front of me" but instead hit me in the face and got in my hair. This was at the dinner table and my sister in law of course is snickering the whole time and he's laughing. He always seems to find a way to add a certain amount of spoilage to family events. I can't even say anything because we're surrounded by his family at the table

Opinion box Good question. I see its like how much you can distract yourself form the eternal truth that we all are gonna die. You're a father. Deal with it!! My husband was out of town for a week and just returned home 3 days ago. He already is so stressed out by our 2-year old that he needed to go see a movie this morning so he could have "some time to decompress." He returns home from the movie, our DD is fussy because its almost nap time & he gets mad at her because he has a headache. Of course that headache wasn't bad enough to interfere wih his 2-hour movie. Grow up. You're a father. Sometimes it's hard & stressful. Deal with it!

Always Blames me!!! So we're military & I haven't been able to work the last 3 years due to his job assignment. I have over the years given up so much, used to get nails done, tan, hair done & nice wardrobe back in my single days. Now I am lucky to get a trim twice a year, pedicures once ever few years if that, color my own hair & 1 have 1 pair of jeans to wear & a lot of my shirts have holes in them & my husband complains about what I spend!!! Wtf am I soending money on besides groceries & toiletries now???

Opinion box Truly frustrating. Husband tried a weight loss program at our hospital. We paid $2,500 for him to lose 35 pounds and gain it back in less than 2 months. And then some. Embrace the weight!

Wasting time with diets My overweight wife decides every few weeks to try a new diet because she is not losing at the rate (or at all) she wants too. Never mind the expense of starting each one of these diets, all while we have a gym membership, she is now trying acupuncture, and wanting to get an additional gym membership that has private trainers you can hire. Doesn't understand why I get upset when I'm hesitant to spend money to change our lifestyles when I know its going to change again in a few weeks
